There aren't many people working for the children who work and beg at various traffic lights in India. The signal is a place of business for these children and their parents. During peak traffic hours, they sell small items, and their parents send them to beg in the 4-5 hours in between which is heinous. Therefore on the occasion of Literacy Day, Sahyog Pratishthan organised a visit to Samarth Signal Shala in Thane. It was held on the 14th of September, 2019, with volunteers visiting the school and offering books and stationery to economically weak pupils at Signal School. Benefits of Prartisthan will hold true value when they will reach at the Bottom of the Pyramid.
